In my experience best exercises would be hollow rocks and arch rocks.

I'll have to work up to that last one. I was like 3 minutes? easy! Then tried and lasted about 3 seconds. Felt good though!
Been doing all those plank exercises alot, thanks for the help!

My form isn't horrible, but it's not strict..First do it, then do it well. Thats what I'm going for..

I'll focus on solid form next time I do it though.
