Conditioning: Parkour Vs Tough Blokes?
I am curious, having been working on my own technique, strength & conditioning.
How would an experienced 'parkour' practitioner fare in an event like this? (6km run & 15 man made obstacles, top guys doing it in around 24 minutes).

I seen & have trained a few times with some of the Sydney guys, you guys are pretty f#@n tough.
Would a 'traceur' kill this event? My gut instinct is saying yes.
It's on my radar for next year, hoping to be reasonably competitive, looking for a bit of feedback.
Loving parkour, fits great with BJJ & Muay Thai + generally well being (very practical skill).
SB.

The obstacles taken by themselves are fairly basic stuff for a traceur: wall runs, climbing, balancing, crawling.
The obstacles when matched with a 6km run become a lot more difficult.
