Hey guys, will be outter for conditioning tomorrow night. got some college stuff and house mates stuff to deal with. but, what i want to bring up up is leg flexibility. i think we can all iprove with the flexibility of our legs as we majorly do strength training for them (i cant talk my flex is shit) so in addition to the usuall conditioning, could we make time for a 10 - 15 minute mega flex training at the end of each session? maybe combine it with a warm down? we should see some definite improvement with our training. i know riley might be up for it, he wants to be flex.

But getting a doctor to check it won't hurt... though they always just tell you to rest it or get an x-ray(and x-rays are pretty useless unless it's a bone issue from what I understand)

I found also it really helps if you put tape around your wrist for support it'll feel weird at first but until the muscles strengthen it'll help heaps.. google it :)
